Integrations

We connect to what you already run.

Processors, gateways, carts, CRMs and the tools around them. Nothing about your checkout changes, you do not move acquirer, and there is no rebuild. We read from your stack, we do not replace any part of it.

  • 120 platforms connected today, more added on request
  • Read access only, so nothing we do can take a payment
  • No integration at all if you would rather use the acquirer portal

Getting connected

Three days, and
nothing on your roadmap

There is no SDK to install and no checkout change. Your developers are not part of this unless you want them to be.

01

Read access

You create a read-only user in your gateway and cart, or hand over API keys scoped to read. Nothing we hold can move money.

02

We map your data

Orders, authorisation results, delivery records and message history get matched to the fields the networks ask for. This is the part that takes the time.

03

You check a sample

We pull ten recent disputes and show you what we found for each. If a field is wrong or missing, it gets fixed before anything goes live.

04

It runs

Alerts, RDR rules and representment all draw from the same connection. Adding a second MID later is a form, not a project.

What we read

Four things, and nothing else

An integration is only worth having if it produces the evidence a bank will accept. These are the fields that decide cases, and they are all we ask for.

  • The order Line items, amount, descriptor, the billing and delivery address, and the date. This is what ties a dispute to something real.
  • The authorisation AVS and CVV results, the 3-D Secure outcome, the IP and device. Fraud claims are won or lost on these four fields.
  • Fulfilment Carrier, tracking, delivery confirmation and signature where there is one, pulled from your shipping tool rather than typed in by hand.
  • The conversation Emails, chat and tickets tied to the order. A customer who confirmed delivery in writing has already answered the dispute for you.

FAQ

Integrations, answered plainly

If your platform is not on the list, or you want to know exactly what a connection reads, ask. An engineer answers, not a chatbot.

Ask us instead

It almost always still works. Disputes reach us through your acquirer whether or not we have a direct build for your cart, so alerts, RDR and representment all run from day one. The direct connection only changes how much evidence gets gathered automatically rather than by hand. Tell us the name and we will say which of the two you are looking at, and roughly what a direct build would take.

No. Nothing about how you take money changes. We sit alongside your existing acquirer and read from the systems you already run. Any provider asking you to migrate as part of chargeback management is selling you something else.

Read only, scoped as tightly as your platform allows. We do not need the ability to charge, refund or alter an order, and we do not ask for it. Refunds triggered by an alert or an RDR rule are issued at the network or by your own team, not by us reaching into your gateway.

About three days on a supported platform, most of which is mapping your fields and checking a sample of real disputes. Network enrolment for alerts and RDR runs in parallel and is usually the longer of the two, at a few business days per MID.

It is normal. Each MID is enrolled separately with the networks anyway, so a subscription MID on one cart and a high-ticket MID on another are handled as two connections with their own rules and their own thresholds. Reporting still rolls them up into one view.

It is used to answer disputes and to produce your reporting, and it is not sold, shared with other merchants or used to train anything. Card data is handled under PCI DSS Level 1, encrypted in transit and at rest. If you leave, you get an export and we delete what we hold.

Usually, if the platform has an API. Most of the list below started as one merchant asking. What we will tell you honestly is when it is not worth it: if your dispute volume is small, the acquirer portal route costs you nothing and gets you the same outcome.
Get Started

Tell us what you run

Send us your processor, gateway and cart. We will come back with what connects directly, what runs through your acquirer instead, how long each takes, and what evidence we would be able to gather automatically on your recent disputes.

We reply within one business day. No spam, ever.
