Four things that make the first reply worth reading

None of these are required to get in touch. But if you want numbers back rather than a brochure, have them ready for the first call, because they are what we would ask for anyway.

  • Roughly how many disputes a month An order of magnitude is enough. Twenty a month and two thousand a month are completely different conversations.
  • Your average order value This decides almost everything: whether filing pays, where an RDR ceiling should sit, and whether alerts are worth their fee.
  • What you run it on Processor, gateway and cart. It tells us what connects directly and what has to go through your acquirer.
  • A dispute export, if you have one Three months is plenty. It is the difference between an estimate and an actual answer, and it is the only thing we really need.

What happens next

No sequence,
no chasing

You will hear from us once. If the answer is no or not yet, that is the end of it until you come back.

  1. Same day

    It reaches a person

Messages are read as they arrive, not batched. If you sent a dispute export it goes to an analyst rather than to sales.

  2. One business day

    You get a real reply

Written by whoever can actually answer, with the numbers where we have them. If we need something else to be useful, we ask for that one thing rather than booking a call to find out.

  3. If you want it

A review of your own cases

Send three months of disputes and we go through them one at a time: what was preventable, what was winnable, and what each one cost you. No charge, and no obligation afterwards.

  4. Only if it fits

We tell you when it does not

Low volume or a small average order and the fees can cost more than the disputes do. We would rather say so than sign you up and have you leave in three months.

FAQ

Before you write in

The questions that come up most often in a first message, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

Ask something else

Possibly, and we will tell you. Alerts are priced per alert and representment per case, so below a certain volume the fees can outweigh what they save you. Send us your numbers and you will get an honest read rather than a proposal. Plenty of merchants are better off fixing a descriptor and coming back in six months.

No. Everything can be done over email, including the review of your own cases. A call helps when there are several MIDs or an unusual setup, but it is never a gate in front of the answer.

Yes, and there is nothing attached to it. We go through your recent disputes and come back with what alerts would have caught, what representment would have won, and what it all cost you. If the honest conclusion is that you do not need us, that is what the review says.

Yes, and it is a sensible thing to ask for. Send yours or use ours. Either way, dispute data is only ever used to answer your own cases and produce your own reporting, and it is deleted on request.

Worth talking anyway. The review works the same and tells you whether what you are paying for is doing its job. Several merchants have taken it back to their existing provider rather than switching, which is a perfectly good outcome.

If you are already a client, use your analyst directly rather than this form, and mark the deadline in the subject line. If you are not yet a client and you are staring at a monitoring programme notice, say so in the first line of your email and it gets picked up ahead of the queue.
